BIM-based reinforcement modelling and shop drawings for the June residential development by SODIC.
Challenge
Large-scale residential projects require thousands of reinforcement details, often with complex geometry and strict quality control. For June Phase 1, the challenge was producing precise reinforcement shop drawings that conformed to design codes, while also ensuring smooth coordination between structural designers and the site execution team.
Our Approach
The project involved detailed rebar modelling for beams, slabs, and columns using Revit, ensuring precision, coordination, and full compliance with structural design requirements. Coregineer's digital workflow streamlined coordination between design and site teams, enhancing constructability and reducing rework.
